Lowe has been a distinguished member of the medical community. Since 1965. Dr. Lowe has served on the clinical faculty at UCSF and has practiced medicine in lan Franciscos Chinatown. Dr. Lowe is a former chair of the board of trustees at Chinese Hospital in San Francisco and he continues to participate as an active board member. At Chinese Hospital. Dr. Lowe also served as the chief cf surgery and the chief of staff. He has worked hard to provide lowincome immigrants with high quality health care. Dr. Lowe has a long history with not only the medical community. but with the California Medical Association as well.
