Mr. Chairman. I yield myself I minute. In the first amendment. Mr. Chairman. we are dealing with the Issue some raised that migrant workers could be hurt. construction workers perhaps. so we are dealing with that Issue. In the second there were those who were concerned that if you accrued too many hours and somebody went belly up. you would have all these accrued hours. Of course. we are reducing that. but nevertheless in bankruptcy. of course. wages and benefits are always one of that very top level that you deal with when you start going through the bankruptcy procedure.
