Speech #1050011009

They ought to be able to recognize the reality that faces us after the 30year trying. They ought to give the people of America the right to vote and amend the Constitution. When my Southern State and a lot of other Southern States had the poll test. we amended the Constitution. I told the story about the poor minority that presented himself to the polls in the early years and we had the literacy test. They said to the poor minority. "Boy. read that paper." They gave him a Chinese newspaper. What goes around comes around. we are back to China.
