There are a number of people who have sort of broken out of the mold. made billions of dollars due to technological advancements. They are very fortunate. But in general. studies have shown that wealth is a product of family. inheritance. Two hundred thirtytwo years went by where AfricanAmericans and their descendants inherited zero. Nothing. They are different from the immigrants who came here who might have had a suitcase full of clothes. You had wealth if you came with a suitcase full of clothes. The African Americans came. and an attempt was made to deprive them not only of everything they hadthey were automatically deprived of every physical thing they had. but their language was considered a problem.
