A little slow but we are moving. But the real thing here that comes down is that we are not allowed to ask people to prove that they are legal or illegal. because they say that that may be a violation of some kind of Federal regulation. And you run into the frustration of trying to make sure that illegal aliens are not coming into our country and getting these benefits. The American people I think strongly believe that those who are truly needy. those who are deserving. should be allowed to get benefits. but you do not reward somebody for breaking the law. And I need to really make sure I clarify for the American people.
