Speaker. this is not a good bill. I can see the handwriting on the bill. I know it is an election year. Antiimmigration rhetoric is real good in an election year. and I am sure we are probably going to see a lot of folks coming down here thinking well. I should not vote for this. but I am probably going to have to. You do not have to. Vote for the motion to recommit. We fix all of these problems and a few I do not have time to mention. Vote for the motion to recommit. Vote against the bill.
