This is a war and we must treat it as a war. If they had chemical weapons coming across our borders we would have an allout alert. We would declare a war. Well. Mr. President. this is chemical weaponry. Drugs are chemical weapons that are ruining the people. and especially the young people of our country. So. Mr. President. we must get serious about this. I have seen it firsthand. We must increase the number of Border Patrol agents. We must use all the technology that we have available that we are not now using. We have better technology than we are using.
