Research has Illustrated that todays immigrants are learning to speak English even faster than previous generations. Publications and information materials in other languages allow those who are learning. but not yet fluent in English. the opportunity to participate in our democracy by making informed decisions. Laws to make English official in all govemmental services and departments is an avoidance and dismissal of the fact that above all institutions. our Government should respect the differences in our social mosaic.
