Here is the real rub. The person also knows. the mother also knows when that child is born in America. guess what. that child Is an American citizen. Even though that child is born to an illegal immigrant in this country. that child becomes a full U.S. citizen with the same rights as any other child born here. But what really bothered me about this brochure. which should bother every Member of this institution. was a paragraph in the bottom of the third page that said. you cannot be turned into the immigration service even if you are here illegally. E0 2115 Now we wonder why we have an immigration problem. Here is a brochure printed by the taxpayers of this country in Spanish given to people all over the southern part of California and in Mexico. and we wonder why they are all coming across the border. We Just cannot continue to be the health care resource center for the world. That is what we are talking about. immigration reform that stops that.
