I am not talking about SSI or illegal aliens or legal aliens or anything else. just AFDC. is $70 billion a year because it is S16 billion a year AFDC. it is onefourth of Medicaid. half of food stamps. about a third of housing plus all of the training and day care programs. It is between $70 and $80 billion a year.
