Juan Garcia Abrego was not extraditedhe was deported as an American citizen. And extradition orders have been signed for one Mexican national. Jesus Emilio Rivera Pinon. but he remains In a Mexican jail. Ninetynine outstanding formal extradition requests have not been acted upon. This amendment is designed to create additional Incentive for Mexico to move forward with the extradition of our most wanted drug lords.
