All the Senator does. and I back her 100 percent. as does the Senator from Florida. is to say that since we are changing the rules that have been in effect for a long time. lets make them apply to people who are coming as of September of this year rather than change the rules for the folks who are here now. But everything the Senator says. Senator FEINSTEINs amendment does as much for future Immigrants. I want to make sure the Senator was clear on that point.
