We think it Is worthwhile for illegal aliens to get proper prenatal care. and if we think that is true for illegal aliens. certainly it ought to be true for legal aliens. This Is not a budget buster. This is not going to drive the national debt through the sky. These are very narrow. very limited matters. far more. limited than any of those- that have. been brought up in past amendments. This is not replaying an old record. This Is a very. very defined group of benefits. and I hope that the floor managers will accept it.
