That is the breeder document. That is where all of this really starts. It is easily circumvented. We can build all the other kinds of houses of cards on top of trying to do something about illegal aliens. and unless we are going to reach down and deal with this basic document. we are really not fulfilling. I think. our responsibility to the American people with a bill that Is really worthy of its name. because we are leaving these gaping hole .. I could go into other things. but I will not take the time because others want to speak.
