My friend from Massachusetts tells those stories. I can tell those stories. for I have a brother who is just about the most wonderful man you can ever imagine. I would like to have him here. But the problem is. nobody will raise the numbers. no one will come to this floor and say. "I think legal immigration should be 1.000.002." I do not know of anybody who is going to come here and do that. Unless you do that. then I have to make a choice. which is not quite as dramatic as Sophies choice. That would be a poor illustration.
