Just like Judge Huff. an appointee of President Bush. who sentenced a defendant to 2 years and 9 months in prison for smuggling illegal aliens into the country even though three of the illegal aliens died during the attempt. That is hard to understand. But I do not consider President Bush. whom I happen to know and admire. as being soft on crime because of that.
