Mr. President. let me first state that I want to congratulate my colleague from Wyoming. as well as my colleague from Massachusetts. for not just the work they have done on this bill. but. frankly. for the work they have done over the years on this very tough. very contentious. very difficult. but very important issue of immigration. I have heard my colleague from Wyoming say on several occasions. as we have debated this bill in committee. that this is not really a bill or an issue that anyone gets a lot out of politically. and certainly not someone from the State of Wyoming. I certainly concur in that and understand that.
