Session #104 · 1995–97

Speech #1040196553

Anyone taking it to that level is making a serious mistake. You will find that in the rollcall votes. There is no partisanship involved in immigration reform. I want to commend the new members of the Judiciary Committee and the subcommittee of both parties. Senators
