Senator SPENCER ABRAHAM of Michigan. who is a fine addition to this body and adds greatly to the debate of this issue. This is not and never should be and never has been a partisan issue. Anyone taking it to that level is making a serious mistake. You will find that in the rollcall votes. There is no partisanship involved in immigration reform.
