April 15. further. that immediately following the prayer. the Journal of the proceedings be deemed approved to date. no resolutions come over under the rule. the call of the calendar be dispensed with. the morning hour be deemed to have expired. and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day. and that there then be a period for morning business until the hour of 2 p.m.. with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 5 minutes each. except for the following: Senator HATCH. 20 minutes. Senator DASCHLE or his designee. 90 minutes. Senator COVERDELL. for 90 minutes. I further ask unanimous consent that immediately following morning business. the Senate begin consideration of the illegal immigration bill reported by the Judiciary Committee during the adjournment of the Senate.
