I think that America is splitting up into groups. I do not want to see that happen. I want to keep this one Nation. one people. Woodrow Wilson in 1918 said that as long as you consider yourself a part of a group. you are not really American. because America is not a nation of groups. America is a nation of individuals. So we want people. immigrants and others. of course. to assimilate. to become part of this country. The way we do that. one of the wonderful melting ingredients in the melting pot is the English language. I think that this is a good amendment.
