This is just not true. It seems to me that this argument is being used more and more liberally every time it is perceived by some that the Federal Government is overstepping Its powers when It clearly Isnt. Furthermore. opponents claim to fear that mistakes made by the computer data base could either be used against an employer as evidence of hiring an Illegal alien or could be used against a prospective employee as evidence of discrimination. Well. come on my colleagues. This is a weak argument that no one would deny. and an easy one to use as justification for opposing the pilot program.
