Oh. but I am against having a reasonable enforccment vehicle. It is a copout. Let us be up front about it. Let us say. I really do not think illegal Immigration is a real problem. I think these people ought to be allowed to come into our borders. But this system is a system that is the most nonobtrusive approach we can possibly do. in a system where we require reporting so we can raise taxes. so we can get money for the Federal Government.
