Americans do it all the time. Yet. they do not say how we are going to pay for it. I am one of those who has an interest in the process and want to ensure. as I know the gentleman does. the rights of the arrested individual. the guarantee and assurance that that is a person who is in violation of an immigration law. in addition to the fact that that person may have committed an offense within the United States. As the gentleman and I know. we think NCIC works pretty well. We on the border think it does work fairly well.
