In this bill. there is 514.6 billion to fight crime. for law enforcement. which is a 20percent increase over last year. including a 25percent increase for immigration initiatives. 57percent increase for State and local law enforcement. 285percent increase for State criminal alien assistance. 573percent increase for violence against women programs. That is in this bill. Second. we heard we dont have enough for education. not enough for Head Start Program.
