Are we going to be policemen? Are we going to go and arrest people for crimes against the other sides? Are we going to enforce refugee resettlements? Are we going to tell Serbs in Croat homes they are going to have to get out of those homes. and vice versa. and use force of bayonets? Are we going to use our forces strictly as a buffer zone in dangerous areas. targets on both sides. allowing people to move back and forth that may have a violent intent either against the other side that they have been fighting for years or maybe against the United States?
