Session #104 · 1995–97

Speech #1040164733

I congratulate those who have done that diplomacy. We can continue to provide support. We can continue to provide airlift. We can continue the work in NATO. We do not necessarily have to have 30.000 troops on the ground there. It is a very tough area. This idea that you go in and separate themthis morning I sat in for a little tinie on the civilian aspect of it. What do you do when you are there? There are refugees. thousands of refugees. who will not be in the sector that they live in. And their property is gone. How do you return that?
