North Carolina produce farmers have been a target of Legal Services attempt to destroy the Department of Labors H2A Program. which brings in temporary foreign workers to harvest crops for farmers who cannot find enough domestic workers. But Legal Services have harassed these people to the extent that the program is no longer functioning. This program is designed to help farmers and workers.
