Mr. Chairman. let me just say. I am pleased to be able to speak now because we are in markup in the Committee on the Judiciary on the immigration bill. and yet I think this CAREERS Act is a very critical issue. especially in Colorado. First of all. I hope that there is going to be an amendment by the gentleman from New York that I would like very much to support if I get back and certainly will vote for. That is because in my area we have seen a proprietary school closed down right after the term started.
