Then you wonder where the support is coming from. I can tell you where it is coming from: A small cadre of educational institutions. That is where it is coming from. We are not going to injure them in the process. We are just saying that a sponsors promise is a sponsors promise. I have been in these things for years. I am not the expert in any way.
