The bill says that you will no longer be eligible if you are disabled because of a drug addiction or an alcoholism addiction. You may be an alcoholic or a drug addict. and you may be eligible for this program for other reasons. but you are no longer going to be eligible solely for drug addiction or alcoholism. Noncitizens will no longer be eligible unless they do work and pay taxes for specified periods of time. and children with mo..at disabilities will no longer be eligible. I do not find overwhelming argument with the SSI provision of the bill. The third part of the bill is child support enforcement.
