This resolution represents something. and the status quo is unacceptable. Unfortunately. after the arms begin to flow and after the massive air strikes the President wants. we still dont know the end game. There is none. Only more suffering. I do not have a good answer for Bosnia. but I do not think this resolution is the answer. I do think it is important to keep our NATO alliance together. I think it is critical to address the refugee problem. I think it is necessary to bring about a ceasefire. I think it is vital we keep a NATO military presence in Bosnia.
