I call the Senators attention also to articles in todays press which still recite the utter confusion as to whether or not the dualkey policy has been revised. So it is more and more of the same. while the American taxpayer is shelling out more and more dollars. But the most significant thing is we are standing by while more and more innocent people are being denied the right to defend themselves. How many more pictures do we need of this endless stream of refugees. of these stories of human atrocities which it is inconceivable to think in this century could take place? How much longer must we stand by? I yield the floor.
