It was not appropriated there. And there is no room there for anything more. So I would say to the gentleman from New Jersey. that if we want to ensure that there are enough people to run the migration and refugee program. we ought to leave the funding right where it is. in the program accounu. under the jurisdiction of the subcommittee whose bill is before us today. Otherwise. there may be a wellfunded program but nobody to run it. So I support the chairman of the Foreign Operations Subcommittee. the gentleman from Alabama . I commend him for looking out as well as he has for the refugee programs. and I would hope that we would reject this amendment.
