Mr. Speaker. the United States is in the midst of a strange practice. We are allowing Iraqi soldiers into our country as immigrants. To me it does not make sense to be proud of weapons that defended us from this enemy. to be Impressed by plans to counter their maneuvers. to grieve when they killed our young people and then to turn around and welcome them into our country with open arms. America is a generous nation.
