Programs that I have fought for years to protect will have to be cut. Help for international disaster relief will have to be cut. We will not be able to fund assistance for refugee relief at anything like the real needs. And the list goes on and on. Work on finding ways to fund the Presidents Russia aid request will continue over the August break.
