This is the same Justice Department that withheld critical evidence that could have exonerated DemJanJuk. They say he lied on his immigration papers. and they have a Nazi ID card from a training camp. But the problem now is German authorities say it is a farce. There was no signature. there was no date. and the photograph was retouched. Mr. Speaker. what is the truth? What is the Justice Department afraid of? My resolution says. revisit the case in an appropriate court of law.
