Mr. Chairman. I move to strike the requisite number of words. Mr. Chairman. I too agree that a little thought is appropriate here. And I come from a community that probably has as much illegal immigration and as much tension as a result of that as anyone in this Chamber. And I want to talk about a group that has not been discussed here today. and that is the legal citizens in my district that this amendment would deny services to if it passes. That is. the people who want to have churches take advantage of this program. Do you think churches are going to take advantage of this program if this passes?
