At present this one before us is the one we are dealing with. We will not deal with this issue as a matter of convenience to the bills that you would like us to deal with. We will see it again and again. America simply cannot afford to provide health care. and welfare for all of the worlds poor. and we are inviting them in. I am one who said just a year ago that we should encourage immigration. we will need these workers to pay for the Social Security when I retire. But it is getting entirely out of hand. and the costs are getting entirely too much.
