Now. it you want to get onto the appropriations bill. it meets the targets. and other programs are cut and cut substantially. So we can argue about that tomorrow if the Senator would like. I hope he does not think that is a New Mexico program. I do not think he is saying that. It applies all over America. as much in New York as it does in Texas. and probably more so in California than anywhere else. It Is only an effort to attempt to help the immigration and border patrol people with illegal immigration. Having said that. I want to send the amendment which we will debate in detail tomorrow.
