At a time of tight budgets. spending Federal dollars to help those flood victims is more important than spending some 900plus million dollars on direct aid to Russia or spending $1.9 on a space station or $300 million on additional health care benefits to illegal aliens and spending millions of taxpayer dollars on the National Endowment for the Arts.
