We have had aliensmuggling over land for some time. To address this we are considering additional criminal penalties and asset forfeiture provisions. Our departure control in the United States is virtually nonexistent. I mention all of these things because I think it is going to be a combination of efforts that deal with the wave of undocumented aliens that come into the United States.
