This is one policy decision that should not be difficult. Justice and equality for all are still the basic principles upon which this country was founded. A special allocation of $300 million is being recommended for undocumented aliens. but there is no money for the American citizens of Puerto Rico? Over the next 5 years. President Clintons budget reconciliation package calls for collecting $7 billion dollars in new corporate income taxes in Puerto Rico.
