It is something that is presented only at the time of new hire employment. and it is presented by everybody. It is presented not just by people who look foreign. but by bald Anglos like me. too. We must find the necessary resources for the Immigration and Naturalization Service. so that they can hire an adequate number of investigators and Border Patrol agents to do the job we demand of them. We have never provided these resources. But I was rather heartened to see both Attorney General Reno and Associate Attorney General Hubbell pledge to us. through the Judiciary Committee. that they would. finallyand other administrations have not.
