Perhaps somebody might want to say it was facetious. but if the gentleman for Oregon is interested in pursuing it further. I would refer him to the records in the Rules Committee on this matter. I do not believe even though we have talked about things as important as fetal tissue research and AIDS and how we are going to treat that and the immigration policy and how we deal with some of these health care issues that are so critically important for women. even though these things are in the bill. and I do not think this bill has had all the attention it needs. I am not going to call for a vote on this because I believe we should get on with the discussion of the bill. Therefore.
