In this quintcentennial year of Puerto Rico. has been named the "Puerto Rican Businessman of the Year" by a committee comprised of the New York State Federation ol the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. the House of Seagrams. and the GALOS Corp. This award will be presenled at a ceremony being held tomorrow In New York. Conrado Colon Is executive vice president of Goya Foods. Inc.. a company that was founded In New York In 1936 by Spanish Immigrants and has grown to be the largest Hispanic foods company In the United Slates. Mr. Speaker.
