Mr. Speaker. it is with great respect and admiration that I address my colleagues in the House today. for I rise to extend my heartiest congratulations and warmest best wishes to Clay Constantinou. Esq.. who is being honored by the Cyprus Federation of America. Clay Constantinou was born in New York City in 1951 of Greek Cypriot Immigrants. Two years later following the death of his mother. Clays father decided to return to Cyprus with his two young sons. Following his graduation from grade school in Karavas. Clay attended the American Academy High School at Larnaca. In 1968. Clays family returned to the United States. where he completed his senior year.
