Mr. President. let me associate myself with the remarks of my colleague from Wyoming as it relates to his expression of concern over illegal immigration. illegal entry into this country. Let me also say how much I have recognized and appreciated his leadership on this very important issue for over a decade while I was in the House. A piece of legislation that became landmark legislation. certainly. with his name on it. passed this Congress and became law in an effort to control our borders and to identify. as best we could. that kind of movement. So I certainly appreciate his clarity in this issue today.
