Mr. Speaker. today I am reintroducing legislation for the relief of Jung Ja Golden. Mrs. Golden is a native of South Korea and the widow of Arthur J. Golden. Her husband died on November 14. 1991. Since her husbands death. Mrs. Golden has constructed a new life hore in the United States. This legislation would grant Mrs. Golden immigration status which would allow her to remain in this country. Jung Ja Goldens resilience after the death of her husband is admirable. She obtained a drivers license. passed the GED examination. and is currently enrolled In McLennan Community College in Waco.
