This is a very clear waiver system within this amendment. it is very specific. very clear and if any other country had had this law. all of our members of our dream team would not have played in any country on Earth. Then my friend from Massachusetts. Senator KENNEDY. and I have been through the wars together with regard to immigration. refugee issues. With his help and support. we have passed some significant legislation over the past 14 years with regard to legal immigration. Even though he could not feel completely disposed to support the issue of illegal immigration. he was a sincere player in the entire debate. I enjoy him very much and he is a splendid legislator. But. again.
