I also know that according to all the scientific evidence. AIDS is not transmitted by casual contact. Thats why our last HHS Secretary. Dr. Louis Sullivan. and his Department had already signed off on a rule eliminating the classification of HIVpositive individuals in immigration law. So there is a great deal of evidence tilting us in the direction of repealing this exclusion. Thats why it is especially important for us to have some time in which to consider the objections.
